HOW TO USE IT

Due to their robust nature, they can be gently heated in sauces, risotto, or butter; however, they are best enjoyed shaved raw over pasta, eggs, or meat to fully appreciate their aroma. They pair exceptionally well with rich, fatty ingredients such as cream, cheese, and butter, which enhance and carry their flavor.

HOW TO STORE IT

Wrap the truffles in a paper towel and place them in a sealed container (such as a glass jar or airtight container). Change the paper towel daily to absorb moisture and prevent mold. Store the container in a part of the refrigerator that stays cool but not too cold. The vegetable drawer is usually ideal. Maintain the temperature between 38°F and 42°F (3°C–6°C) for best preservation.

HOW TO CLEAN IT

It’s natural for truffles to develop a bit of surface mold. Use a soft brush to gently remove it. Avoid soaking or washing the truffle, as excess moisture can shorten shelf life
