All orders will usually be shipped the next business day. Perishable items can only be shipped overnight Monday through Thursday. Certain items may require more than one business day to assemble and/or ship. If this applies to your order it will be notified under the product’s description page.
We have shipping services within the United States of America. We also provide shipping services for the states of Alaska and Hawaii, however, services are limited for both states. Please contact us to get a customized quote and transit time if you reside in either state.
Truffle Brothers Inc. does not ship to PO Box addresses. Therefore, please provide a valid physical address where you can have your order delivered.
Truffle Brothers provides shipping services via FedEx ONLY. The following are the FedEx services provided:
*FedEx Ground: It will take 1 to 5 business days to get your package delivered, depending how far you are from our main shipping facility located in Los Angeles, CA area.
*FedEx Priority Overnight: If you place your order before 1:00P.M. Pacific Time, your order will be delivered the next business day between 8:00A.M. -11:00A.M. We recommend someone to be at the delivery location during the specified times to receive your package. *Highly Recommended for perishable items*
*FedEx Standard Overnight: If you place your order before 1:00P.M. Pacific Time, your order will be delivered the next business day between 12:00P.M. -3:00P.M. We recommend someone to be at the delivery location during the specified times to receive your package. *Highly Recommended for perishable items*
*FedEx 2 Day Delivery: Guarantee delivery by the end of the second business day of order within the United States of America.
*FedEx 3 Day Delivery: Guarantee delivery by the end of the third business day of order within the United States of America.
Please note that if you select FedEx Priority Overnight to be delivered on a Saturday, additional charges will apply due to FedEx rates.
Weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and major Holidays do not count as a business day. Therefore, please take into consideration when estimating the arrival of your package.

Once your order has been processed for shipping, your package will be issued a tracking number and the status of your order changed from “Pending" to “Shipped”. To keep track of your package please provide an e-mail address to get FedEx notifications, which will update you when your package left our facility and when it will be delivered. Please keep in mind that even though a tracking number is issued to your package right after finishing the shipping process, it takes our FedEx carrier a few hours to pick up the shipments. If you do not receive any notification by 5:00P.M. of day of order please contact us immediately and we will be able to provide you the tracking number issued to your package.
Truffle Brothers Inc. strives to provide the best quality products and service to all their customers. We have selected the best products based on the outstanding quality of each product, which we are sure you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not arrive in perfect conditions or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the products and we will substitute the unopened items. Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping cost to return unopened items for a refund. If you received damaged goods please notify us immediately and keep all items/goods in the original packaging.
Please remember that ALL PERISHABLE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.
